Important information:
Kindly note that all abstract authors are requested to attend on-site in Cape Town, South Africa. Payment of the congress registration fee is required by 14 March 2027 for authors of submitted abstracts. Unpaid registration fees will result in the removal of accepted abstracts from the scientific programme. If your abstract is not accepted, the registration fee will be fully refunded in case the abstract submitter decides to not attend the congress. It is possible to submit up to five abstracts. All abstract submitters/original authors must be present on-site to present their poster abstract during the Guided Poster Session (if the abstract is accepted). Presenter changes need to be communicated in writing to the Congress and Exhibition Office CPO HANSER SERVICE GmbH. Abstract submitters will be notified regarding acceptance/rejection by end of February 2027. We kindly ask all abstract submitters to refrain from sending E-Mail requests prior to this date.
